Being a recent graduate means you have ZERO work experiences. That means you do not have certain skills that you would need on the job. That is not the end of the road. Entry level jobs are made for recent graduates or interns with little or no experiences. Nevertheless, their are top skills (soft skills) that can make you employable despite lack or experience.


Communication

Verbal and written communication skills are very important for any organization. This helps you to interact properly with people you come in contact with like your bosses, colleagues and even clients. This means you should be able to communicate effectively on all platforms. Be it physical, over the phone, social media or emails.


Adaptability

This means to be able to adapt to situations whether or not it's in your favor. The workplace is not stagnant but dynamic. This means things are always changing. Remain positive if there is a change and learn how to deal with it.
